As the temperatures are dropping below 0 degrees and the leaves are falling off the trees, all I really wanna do is cover myself in a big, warm blanket and go sit in front of the cosy fireplace with a hot coco with mini marshmallows and whipped cream on top. Yep, at it ain’t even winter yet!
Luckily I was fortunate enough to get this really cute shearling coat from the Tiany Kirilove collection by Vero Moda, to get me off my lazy butt and face the cold outside. And horaaay! The cold is hardly noticeable, even without pants. It’s like I’m taking my cosy, warm blanket with me outside.. loves it! Now all I need is that hot coco.. This weekend I went to visit my brother and his girlfriends’ new home. Well theoretically, he’s my cousin, but since he’s only one month older than me and we pretty much grew up together, he’s more like a brother to me. They truly did a wonderful job; the house turned out to be just as warm and cosy as they are. Congrats to you both! 🙂
It made me think about the fact that a lot of my close friends and family (that are about the same age) are in a whole different part of their lives than me. They’re moving in together, they get married and even start a family, and here I am, still a student and under the same roof I’ve been living under for the past 23 years. It made me think about what I really want in life and that if I had made different decisions in the past, I’d maybe be one of those people as well. It may sound simple, but I really do believe the tiny choices we make every day can make a huge difference in the long run. And in the end, isn’t everyone’s destination the same, aka true happiness? I guess you can only hope you make the right ones on the way to reach that goal.. But one thing is for certain; even though there have been ups and downs; starting this blog was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I can’t wait what the future has in store for me (and this blog) next! xoxo
what i love about the coat is the fact that it is not too heavy, it looks soft and easy to wear! love the 5th photo, amazing silhouette and the colors of the dress look perfect with the creme/ beige

Thought the contrast of the cool blue color of the dress would look nice next to the warm brown shades.. Still looking for a snood with a softer color though. And I need more handbags..asap! 😀
