When I first read the news, I had to blink twice and rub my eyes for a minute. Is this really happening? Is H&M finally bringing their interior concept to Belgium? Yep, they sure are.
H&M has a lot of expansion plans for 2015 and Belgium was more than a big part of it. Apart from another &OtherStories shop in Ghent this spring, they’re also launching their Belgian webshop and 3 H&M Home Corners! The first one opened last friday at l’Espace Sain Michel in Liège. Next up is a corner in the new Langemunt shopping centre in Ghent (where H&M will sell all of the collections -hurrah) in March, followed by a corner in the H&M shop in the Steenstraat in Bruges in April.
So why exactly is this something to look forward to? Well, if you’re like me a fan of affordable interior decorations with a Scandinavian feel and looking for an alternative to its Swedish counterpart Ikea, H&M Home has got what you need, from bedsheets to rugs and vases, while keeping your interior on trend at the same time.
Can’t wait for the corners to open near you? You can start making your wish list here.
HURRAY for H&M coming to Belgium, NAY for not opening a store in Antwerp. Guess I’ll need to visit Ghent more often then 😉 I love their stuff btw. It’s indeed GOOD news!

Antwerp is likely to follow. I can’t imagine they would skip BXL & Antwerp with a release like this. And there’s always the online store too. Ghent has some shopping gems too so why not take a day trip? 😉
Alles ziet er zo licht en gezellig uit, love it!
Fantastisch nieuws inderdaad! Ik kan niet wachten om eens in de winkel in Gent te gaan kijken!
