This post is long overdue because I lost my footage of these Catrice Ultimate Shine Lipsticks. Whoops! There’s no use trying to reshoot as the lipsticks are pretty much wrecked, which takes me to my first ‘issue’ with these: they’re so incredibly creamy that they melt or break when you’re not careful! In turn the longevity isn’t that great either. They do feel incredibly comfy on the lips though.
You can recognize the lipsticks by their silver packaging. Like with the regular Catrice lipsticks (in black packaging), the bottom carries a sticker which gives an indication of the colour and finish of the lipstick. Most have a shimmery finish, except for the Ultimate Shine Gel Colour lipsticks, which are a little more sheer in colour and don’t contain glitter (there are exceptions however).
I don’t recommend the darker colours in this formula as I prefer dark colours with a more matte finish, but the nudes in this collection are great for every day wear. Those looking for MLBB colours with a little sheen will certainly find something they like!
