After the whole big & bold statement craze I feel like taking it down a notch in the jewelry department. And now that the phalanx rings trend has finally reached our shores (I blogged about them months ago) there also seems to be more diversity in the stores as well.
The beauty of fine jewelry is that you can wear them solo, creating a monotone refined look OR just stack them on top of another or wear several rings on different fingers, and make a statement nonetheless.
One of the places where you can find affordable modest jewelry is the Belgian webshop Just Julia, where I shopped these pretties. The pink gold bow ring, gold infinity ring and gold love bracelet are all part of the Julia’s Classics collection. Which one’s your favorite?

Na de grote statementjuwelen-gekte heb ik alweer mijn zinnen gezet op iets nieuws; bescheiden juwelen. Nu de phalanxringen trend onze kust eindelijk heeft bereikt (ik schreef er enkele maanden geleden over) zie je ze ook meer en meer in onze shops opduiken.
Het mooie aan fijne juwelen is dat je ze zowel alleen kunt dragen om zo een subtiele elegante look te creëren, OF je kunt er meerdere op elkaar stapelen (of in geval van ringen ze aan meerdere vingers dragen) en zo toch een statement te maken.
