Belif The True Cream Aqua Bomb

Belif was one of the first k-beauty brands to hit Sephora (US) and make waves thanks to the Belif The True Cream Aqua Bomb. Now that the brand is available at Sephora France, I thought it was about time I shed a light on this special moisturizer. First off, this cream is just one of the 2 star moisturizers by the brand; the Aqua Bomb is for normal to oily skin and the Moisturizing Bomb is for normal to dry skin types.

Belif The True Cream Aqua Bomb is an ultra-lightweight, oil-free water-based gel-cream with a blue tint to it. Gel creams are my absolute favourite type of moisturizer because of how lightweight they are. They help to moisturize the skin without going overboard and The True Cream – Aqua Bomb is no different. This is something I truly enjoyed wearing during Summer, a time where my skin will get extra oily and my other moisturizers can’t always deal with that.

The refreshing cream is formulated to burst when applied, releasing a flood of weightless moisture onto the skin for a healthy, smooth, supple appearance and minimizes the appearance of pores. It’s also free of parabens, sulfates and phthalates.

I love how soft and supple my skin feels after applying this moisturizer and I’m not surprised this has won various awards. This is the perfect lightweight moisturizer for those with combination skin that tends to get oily during Summer. The Belif The True Cream Aqua Bomb gets a big thumbs up from me and I would definitely recommend to try it out if this is within your budget. I will gladly repurchase this over the Kruidvat Hydro Day Cream. For those looking for a more budget-friendly option, there’s the Garnier Moisture Bomb, which was clearly inspired by Belif’s successful concept. I haven’t tried that one myself though.
