The Gossip Girl cast just started filming the first scenes of season 5 in NYC and I wanted to share the first pics & info with you. Spoiler alert!
One of the very first scenes will be featuring our all-time favorite, Queen B (Leighton Meester), wearing this gorgeous outfit (Stella McCartney skirt). Btw, am I imagining things or has Leighton gained a little weight? Better put down that pretzel, B, or you might be written out of the script like poor J (Taylor Momsen) and Vanessa (Jessica Szohr), who will now only appear as guest stars. Instead, Serena’s cousin Charlie (Kaylee DeFer) will now be a regular member of the cast.
A famous face is joining the cast this season. Diana Payne -aka Liz Hurley- looks like she’s having a good time with Nate (Chace Crawford). Is Nate picking up his toyboy-role again?
And who is the mysterious girl in the blue dress? According to the rumors, she’s prince Louis’ sister, who’s desperately trying to keep them from getting married..
GG S5 will be airing on Monday, Sept 26th.
