Woohoo the sales are on! Time to check everything off of that wishlist! This time I managed to held myself back when it comes to sales shopping. Good girl? Na-ah! Wait ’till you see what I got that wasn’t on sale..
Those of you who follow me on Instagram already know I went on a little shopping spree in Lille with Gilles a couple of weeks ago. The loot was pretty small but satisfying. At Zara I got an off-white tunic with the most beautiful embroidered details that had been on my wishlist for a while. Zara usually doesn’t cut off a lot of its prices, but 20 euros less was enough to get me to buy this wonderful summer piece.
Lately I’ve been having a beauty fit that has made me hoard beauty products like a crazy person, so a little stop at Sephora was definitely on my list! I got a mini nail polish set with 6 cute spring/summer colours from Nails Inc at half price. Urban Decay has also been high on my ‘want/need’ list so I also purchased my first 24/7 Glide-On Shadow Pencil in the shade ‘Rehab‘. Come to think of it, is there such a thing as beauty rehab because I might seriously need it. Seriously for REALZ. The pencil was 30% off by the way.
In my hometown I went to check out Rituals and found that a couple of nail polishes were at half price because they’ve renewed the packaging (which now has only 5ml), so I got ‘Sparkling Coral‘, a dark coral red with a golden sparkle. I also picked up a set of scented candles for €5 in my favourite scent ‘Fig Tree‘ (I forgot to take pics). From there on I went to check out the sales stand at Planet Parfum where I got myself another impulse buy; a Dior Addict lipstick in ‘Diorissime‘, a sheer pink shade with shimmer that makes my lips look really moisturised. It was still €25 though.
Aah Converse. It seems like buying a pair is a yearly phenomenon for me, so why break the tradition? I’ve been eyeing this pink pair for a while now and -40% at Torfs seemed like a pretty good deal to me. I own 3 pairs of All Stars right now: white, mint and pink. And it’s probably not going to be my last. I just love them so much, they look great with almost anything!
If you think that’s the last of it you are mistaken. The sales aren’t over yet and I have yet to show you everything else I bought during the past few weeks and of course.. what I got during my London trip!
