So here I am, blogging while half of my face is numb, feeling like it’s not my face and making me think I look like Will Smith with his allergic reaction in ‘Hitch’. You might’ve guessed it already. My visit to the dentist wasn’t a happy one. 3 cavities EEK! One’s already been fixed and I have to go back to get the other ones done. The torture! See that face? It has GUILTY all over. I’m such a sweet tooth it’s sometimes hard to control myself. Especially when it comes to chocolate. During the summer months my addiction comes in the form of chocolate flavoured ice cream.
I shot this outfit on a sunny Sunday afternoon when my dad and I decided to get some ice cream at one of my favorite places. If you ever happen to be in my hometown Roeselare, I’m telling you ‘De Zoete Zonde‘ is the place for a quick refreshment! (Try the Mecroche (with Ferrero Rocher) or Cookies!) Luckily we went by bike so I could at least get rid of those calories on the way home..
Anyway, this casual outfit is perfect for a lazy Sunday afternoon. I’ve been into stripes lately and this bright red one made a nice addition to my ‘must get more color in my closet’ resolutions. You might’ve noticed I also wore this to my London trip but I didn’t have the time to shoot outfit pics. When I’m lazy I do recycle some outfits every now and then (oh-no-she-didn’t!) and just pick some different accessories to go with it.
One of my favorite new additions is this beautiful bright red coral bag from Bimba & Lola I picked up during my trip to Barcelona. And that won’t be my last trip this year. In November I’ll be going back to London for some Christmas shopping. It’s been over 10 years since my last trip during the holiday period, I can’t wait! If you have any tips for me on where to shop/eat/sleep, I’d love to hear them.
