Today’s NOTD is a red neon nail polish of the first Essentiel collection that I got when I purchased a dress from their flash collection earlier this year. It’s sort of a red/pink polish with a frost finish (not glossy nor matte). The texture is pretty transparent, so I had to use 3 layers. The fun part about it is that it actually lights up in the dark when you’re in a room with neon lights, so it’s perfect to wear when you’re going out! And last but not least; it doesn’t stay as long as OPI or Catrice nail polishes, but it doesn’t chip as fast as the Chanel ones either. It’s kind of an in-between. Because of the success of the polishes Essentiel has come up with a new range of autumn colors. As the price of Essentiel polishes is 11 euro, I’d advise to spend 2 more euros on an OPI polish instead, unless you can still get your hands on one of the limited edition neon ones.
