Today’s an update on how I’m doing regarding my little nail polish experiment. The latest nail art I’ve done is the Cling Wrap nail art, –again– a very easy one. I particularly like it because the result is never the same and it’s kinda messy, so you don’t need a steady hand to make it. The best part is you don’t need to buy anything, because you probably already have everything you need at home!
WHAT YOU NEED:
- base- & top coat
- 2 nail polishes (I used Essie Blanc and Essie Peach Daiquiri or Rimmel °420 Aqua Cool)
- cling wrap (NL: versheidsfolie)
- apply base coat and 2 layers of your first nail polish shade (In my case; the white one)
- it’s extremely important to let it dry first !
- take some cling wrap, tear it into 10 pieces and fumble them up
- paint 1 nail in the second nail polish shade and quickly tap it with the ball of cling wrap until you’re satisfied with the result
- (do it fast and not to hard or both nail polishes will come off)
- repeat this process for each nail and let it dry
- apply top coat to give it a nice shine and prevent the polish from chipping
What do you think of this nail art? Have you tried any of my previous ones?
