Lookbook Love | New Look ss12

Spring is around the corner and that also means new lookbooks! Above I’ve selected a couple of my favorite looks from high street fashion brand New Look.

My eye immediately caught the fabulous khaki parka on the first look. For those who follow me on Twitter probably know that I was looking for a particular one from H&M a couple of months ago but unfortunately they were sold out everywhere *sob*. I’ve been looking for another perfect one ever since and this one by New Look seems about right.

Look °2 reminded me of the typical Versace style. I found it to be more inspiring than something I’d actually wear. I have no guts to wear a cut-out dress like that, but if you do don’t hesitate to werq it!

The third one made me flashback to the Proenza Schouler ss10 show, because of the green/dark top. The neon animal print is just sick! The sandals should’ve been more America’s Next Top Model instead of ‘Farmer Wants A Wife’ though. But otherwise, totally digging the look!

The bare belly of look number four is supposed to be one of the trends of ss12, but you won’t see me showing that much tummy real soon! My eye particularly fell on the pants, since I’m on the lookout to score me some pastel colored pants in various colors.

And last but not least, I’ve been looking for a waterfall skirt for a couple of months now so this look just couldn’t be left out! I haven’t come accross any with prints like this one though. If anyone knows any brands that carry any, please let me know!

Wow, wel wat gewaagde outfits! Maar echt leuke dingen precies bij New Look. Ik heb echt zo’n nood aan een dagje shoppen! 🙂 (en zomerse temperaturen!) About the ombre, zeker doen! Ik ben er echt heel gelukkig mee. Maar de blikken van: “Amai wa nen uitgroei en die doet daar niets aan ofwat.” Die horen er wel bij natuurlijk 😉 Maar Ombre girls stick together he! let’s make it happen 😉
