Inspired by the colourful architecture of Argentina, Essie presents a collection of 5 bright neon colours and terracotta shade for Summer 2019.
Now I love a beautiful neon nail colour to match my tan and these colours are stunning, but the semi-matte finish of these polishes was such a disappointment for me. You can of course use the gelsetter top coat on top to get that glossy finish. However it was already quite difficult to get an opaque colour because the lacquer was so thick, adding another layer on top just ruins the polish altogether. These just didn’t do it for me.
