Guerisson 9-Complex Cream is a moisturizing cream that promises to rejuvenate, smooth, and soften skin while lightening hyperpigmentation and reducing the appearance of wrinkles. Although horse oil is the star ingredient (and one of the most popular ingredients in Korea at the time this launched), the cream is packed with antioxidant-rich plant oils and extracts, brighteners, scar lighteners, and barrier strengtheners.

All of this results in a very rich, yet easy to spread cream-to-oil type of formula which my combination skin LOVED during the dry winter season. It’s very moisturizing, yet doesn’t feel heavy and made my skin look luminous. Even the dry patches around my nose didn’t stand a chance. The soybean oil might be an irritant for those suffering from acne, but it didn’t break me out. Moreover, I found it to be quite soothing when my skin was feeling rather irritated.
All of this goodness comes in a beautiful glass jar with gold lid, a spatula and orange Hermès-inspired packaging. Its hard to believe the Guerisson 9-complex cream is available for less than € 20 and yet looks so luxurious.
Those with oily skin will probably find this too rich of a product, but to those with dry skin I say; have a go at it! For those with combination skin: you can also use it as a treatment for your dry patches or as the occasional sleeping pack. This is definitely a cream I’d like to use again.
