Every holiday season Urban Decay comes with a new Book of Shadows, a goth-lite pop-up book full of the year’s hottest eyeshadow colors. Volume III of the Book of Shadows has a New York-inspired theme with its 3D pop up skyscrapers and images of hip New Yorkers. The kit includes 16 eyeshadows, 2 mini sized eyeliners in Zero and Ransom (black and purple), and a travel-size version of the company’s famous eyeshadow primer potion.
