You might have noticed it on Twitter already, but apparently Topshop will be opening a store in Amsterdam! The store is said to be officially opened for the public on June 10 on the Leidseplein. There will also be a Topman corner. Last year there were already some rumors about Topshop making its way to the Dutchies, but now that an official Topshop Amsterdam FB fanpage has reached the surface, Topshop is now the talk of the town.
I’m really excited about this, since I’ll be going on a little trip with some other bloggers next month (more about that later)! Let’s hope Belgium is the next step!

We were a bit too early to celebrate a Topshop store opening in Amsterdam. It seems the huge fuss was actually about a 50m² shop-in-shop in SPRMRKT. Nelleke Strijkers (founder of SPRMRKT) carefully selected pieces from the high-end range of Topshop to fit the designer pieces in the store. This means pieces of the Dress Up, Unique and Boutique collection will be available next to the accessories, shoes and make-up. TOPMAN will later be added to the store. It’s something totally different than what we were hoping for, but I’d say it’s a start!
You’ll be able to find Topshop in Amsterdam at SPRMRKT in Rozengracht 191-193 en Willemsparkweg 168 as of June 10.

I heard (from someone who lives in Holland) that Topshop won’t have its own store but will be sold in SPRMRKT (or something like that). But it’s a good beginning.
