Antwerp can soon add another hotspot to its endless list of shops. The new hotspot goes by the name of Moose in the City and will open its doors on August 19th in the Ijzerenwaag, between the Nationalestraat and the Kammenstraat. Moose in the City is a new conceptstore by the hands of Jan Van Hoof and Patrick, best known for their previous concepts of the A.S. Adventure and The North Face. The 395 sq m store will completely revolve around Scandinavia.
“Humans, animals, nature, history and design go hand in hand in Scandinavia. They are all influenced by each other, but leave enough space to develop themselves. That’s the idea behind Moose and the City: a harmonious unit, with different parts”, explain the initiatiors. “Scandinavia also stands for quality, refinement and reliability, values that are all too often forgotten in current consumer behavior, including in our own country.”
Moose in the City offers several products of Scandinavian origin for him and her in its different shopping zones: clothing, design, accessories, books, sports and outdoor. To name a few brands: Filippa K, Nudie Jeans, Björn Börg, Ilse Jacobsen, Urban Ears, Royal Republiq, Marimekko, Revolution, Minimum, Eastpak and Peak Performance.
